I ordered a custom-sized memory foam topper. The delivery and service were alright. But man, this topper has a chemical odor that's just way too intense, even after nearly three weeks. You can catch a whiff of it right when you walk in the front door on the ground floor, and that's with it being on the third floor of my townhouse, the bedroom door closed, and two big windows wide open since it arrived.
I heard that putting some bicarb of soda on it for a couple of weeks could help get rid of the smell. Nope, didn’t work. I even left it outside for two days, flipping it over regularly.
The smell is still nearly as bad as when I first took it out of the packaging, and right now, it’s just not usable.

This bed is fantastic and priced just right. It fits perfectly in my space, transforming it from cramped to cozy. I can fit way more stuff in here now, especially with the drawers that came with it. Assembly was a breeze, but I did have a little hiccup—the back panel of one drawer came loose. I reckon it happened during delivery because I heard something shifting when I moved it with the packaging still on. Aside from that, it's a really comfy and robust bed.

Placing the order was a breeze, and it arrived in no time.

Awesome mattress. The delivery was right on schedule, and the guys set it up in the room, took away all the packaging, and even put the headboard together for me. Super nice crew! They took all the packaging with them. I've bought from Linthorpe Beds before and will surely go back for more.

I had a truly terrible experience. I chose Linthorpe because their website promised next day delivery - but not only did they fail to deliver the bed on time, I also faced a complete nightmare trying to get my money back for the mattress that never showed up. I canceled the order the day after it was supposed to arrive and was assured I’d get a refund the following day. When that day rolled around, still no refund. Instead, I was informed that I wouldn’t see my money until I rejected the package upon its arrival, which meant I had to sit in my flat from 8am to 8pm just to refuse a delivery (that I had already canceled!). They clearly didn’t trust their delivery service to handle the cancellation and return the mattress. This dragged on for over five days with terrible customer support. I would definitely not suggest using Linthorpe’s online service.
